What you'll do:
The HR team handles a wide range of responsibilities. We will tailor your tasks in alignment with the rest of the team, focusing on your strengths and interests. Your primary focus will be on payroll and HR administration.
Ensuring accurate monthly payroll processing for various entities (in collaboration with the social secretariat).
Managing employee files and maintaining HR-related documentation.
Advising and supporting managers and employees on HR policies, employment conditions, and labor law, serving as an expert in these areas.
Managing and facilitating the evaluation cycle.
Initiating and following up on onboarding and offboarding processes.
This set of responsibilities may be complemented with other HR aspects, such as:
Coordinating and recording training and development initiatives to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
Acting as a confidant within the organization, alongside a colleague.
Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and procedures.
You will work closely with the People & Talent team colleagues and report to the HR Manager.
What we’re looking for:
You have at least 3 years and ideally 5 years of experience in a similar HR role.
You possess extensive knowledge of and interest in HR and are eager to continuously improve and develop yourself in all aspects of this field.
You are methodical, organized, and detail-oriented.
You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
You are empathetic, friendly, and discreet.
You are fluent in Dutch. Proficiency in English and French is a plus.
You are eager to learn and take the initiative to improve or optimize processes.
You enjoy working independently but maintain strong connections with your team, management, and Craftzing colleagues.
