As a Senior Program Manager, you are responsible for leading and delivering complex, strategic programs for one or more Craftzing customers. You will orchestrate multiple related projects, manage dependencies, and ensure the realisation of program benefits while maintaining strategic alignment.


What you'll do:

  • Lead the execution of large-scale, complex programs from initiation through closure, ensuring delivery of intended business benefits.

  • Establish and maintain program governance structures, including steering committees and decision-making frameworks.

  • Develop comprehensive program plans, identifying critical paths, dependencies, and resource requirements.

  • Proactively identify and mitigate program-level risks and issues.

  • Coordinate and align multiple project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.

  • Manage program budgets and track benefits realisation.

  • Guide and mentor project managers within your program, building organisational delivery capabilities.

  • Lead stakeholder engagement at senior levels, maintaining strong executive sponsorship.

  • Ensure effective change management and business readiness throughout the program lifecycle.


Who we're looking for:

  • You're a seasoned program manager who excels at delivering complex business transformations.

  • You have strong leadership capabilities and can unite diverse teams toward common goals.

  • You're politically savvy and can navigate complex stakeholder landscapes effectively.

  • You demonstrate excellent judgment in decision-making and risk management.

  • You have a strategic way of thinking but can also dive deep when needed.

  • You have strong financial acumen and experience managing substantial program budgets.

  • You're able to remain calm and focused, even in high-pressure situations.


What we expect from you:

  • You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in program management, with at least 5 years leading complex business transformation programs.

  • You master program management methodologies. Holding advanced program management certifications is a plus (e.g., PgMP, MSP).

  • You have exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills, with proven ability to influence C-level executives. You can build and maintain strategic client relationships and are comfortable working on-site at regular intervals when needed

  • You possess strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with demonstrated ability to translate program objectives into actionable plans. Your solution-oriented mindset enables you to tackle complex challenges while maintaining focus on program benefits.

  • Your excellent presentation skills allow you to articulate program vision, progress, and challenges to senior stakeholders, gaining their trust and maintaining their engagement.

  • You have extensive change management experience, enabling you to guide organisations through significant transformations and ensure sustainable adoption of program outcomes.

  • You have substantial experience working with enterprise-level organisations, understanding their complexities and strategic needs.

  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, demonstrating executive-level communication skills in both languages. Fluency in French is a plus.

  • You excel at managing high-pressure situations and can maintain clarity and direction when dealing with program complexities and challenges.

  • You have proven expertise in managing large program budgets (>€5M) and can effectively balance scope, timing, and budget constraints while ensuring quality delivery.
