Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

What you'll do

• Implement and manage the financial strategy of the company.

• Prepare budgets, reports & forecasts in collaboration with the management team.

• Oversee consolidated results across all entities.

• Lead financial integrations of new acquisitions.

• Manage financial controls, accounting, and focus on cash flows.

• Develop and supervise the finance- and accounting team. Strong accounting experience, specifically with Exact Online is expected.

• Proactively identify and communicate potential risks.

• Propose action plans to achieve annual financial goals.

• Manage and adjust corporate financing.

• Ensure speed and accuracy in invoicing and payments to clients.

• Coordinate and oversee all tax-related documentation.

• You have over 5 years of experience in a senior financial management role.

• You're a resolute digital thinker with advanced business- and financial controlling skills and experience with digital platforms.

• You focus on what's essential: providing financial clarity, actionable insights and incremental improvements.

• You possess excellent soft skills and communication capabilities, and be a valuable part of the management committee. 

• You have preferably worked in 'people business' sectors and align culturally with Craftzing's values.
