With excellent digital services CM aims to bring a clear overview of its offerings, helping to retain existing members and attract new ones. Aligning CM’s digital tools with this objective is essential.
Comprehensive support from start to launch
Since 2018, a dedicated team from Craftzing, including service designers, UX and UI designers, developers, and a project manager, has supported CM in the conceptual and technical development of two digital tools. One of these tools is 'Mijn CM-voordeel,' which allows end users to simulate their personal benefit package based on their family situation.
