Craftzing Group is a rapidly growing company, set to surpass 200 employees in 2024. Our expansion requires a skilled and adaptable HR and Payroll Manager. We’re seeking someone who thrives on blending strategic thinking with hands-on operational work, providing expert guidance in HR and payroll. 


About the Job

As our HR Manager, you will be a vital member of the management team, playing a key role in managing our HR strategy, processes, and payroll systems to ensure they operate seamlessly. Your efforts will support the personal growth and well-being of our employees, helping them thrive as we continue to expand.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement an integrated HR strategy that aligns with Craftzing’s business objectives and drives initiatives to support company growth.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Management Team and first-line managers (CoE leads), providing reliable guidance and strategic input on HR matters.

  • Foster strong relationships between management, employees, and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) by effectively addressing concerns and providing comprehensive support.

  • Oversee a collaborative recruitment and selection process, ensuring a seamless and timely hiring flow to meet organizational needs.

  • Design and implement a performance appraisal and talent development process that fosters employee growth and aligns with company goals.

  • Establish and execute a learning & development policy by assessing training needs and setting up and monitoring programs in collaboration with first-line management (CoE leads).

  • Maintain a competitive compensation and benefits program, ensuring alignment with the external labor market and adherence to legal requirements.

  • Manage employee outflow (resignation, retirement, dismissal) with a focus on legal compliance and best practices throughout the human resource management lifecycle.

  • Oversee payroll operations and the compensation & benefits program, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and employee satisfaction in all aspects of compensation.

  • Stay abreast of the latest HR trends and best practices, adapting them to Craftzing’s unique way of working while maintaining industry relevance.

  • Build and nurture partnerships within the HR community to enhance Craftzing’s HR capabilities.

  • Lead, develop, and coach a team of two HR Officers, providing them with guidance and support in their professional growth.

  • Report directly to the COO, ensuring alignment between HR strategies and overall company objectives.

  • A hands-on, pragmatic approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

  • Comprehensive knowledge across all HR domains, from talent development to payroll management, with a proven track record of enhancing systems and processes.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to influence management effectively and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
