Empathy is essential to getting into the user’s shoes, understanding the client's objectives, and designing a modular and viable solution.
I started in communication with a camera, making short films, and I discovered information visualisation as a mean to making complexity understandable and thinking differently. I approach each project with this empathy, with an eye to a solid strategy that is shared by the stakeholders.
I bring an external view when tackling projects at BNP Paribas Fortis and working with the heterogeneous European diversity at the European Commission. I also worked on implementing a UX approach at the European Patent Office and improved employee involvement at McDonalds Europe. To keep the link with my country, I also taught User-Centered Design at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.

The snow melting in the sun, the scent of underbrush, the taste of winter in the Pre-Pyrenees ... Mushrooms with a traditional butifarra and a nap by the fireplace.
Openly emotional music
The album Granada is an explosion of emotions. Natural and human, that’s how Silvia’s voice and Raül’s guitar succeed in combining Lorca, Albert Pla, David Bowie, Édith Piaf, and Schuman in this sensitive album.
Discovering with Guiu
Our life took on a new dimension with Guiu. Simply enjoying each of his (and our) first times!
What others say
We built together with Clàudia the project from A to Z. I could discuss with her all complexities and stakeholders views, from technical to business focused on the users, she simplified and visually captured and translated it into strategy and concept.
